Product developing principal: developing upon stable product platform, fashional ID, quick follower, middle end focus, updating with a stable steps, cost cutting, break complex system down into modules, easy to reconfigure, meet industry standard.

Engineering Department was founded in June, 2004. So far there are more than 60 engineers. About 40 are senior engineers who at least have 2 years mobile phone developing experience.

After one year growth we have become a domestic top-ranking mobile terminal research and design entity. We have already mastered mobile terminal product developing system technology.

We have possessed domestic top-ranking developing strength and done well in protocol stack, low level driver, applications, MMI, RF circuit , baseband circuit , industry design, mechanical design and etc.

Also we have already successfully set up baseband laboratory, RF laboratory, software laboratory, shielding testing laboratory, industry design laboratory, CAD laboratory and possessed top-ranking developing environment, integrated developing and testing environment.

Many design control and quality control processes and spec are strictly executed to guarantee the design quality and project schedule including software plan, software coding style, software unit test spec, software version control process, software integration test spec, bug tracking process, software system test spec, system performance test spec, IOT test spec, field test spec, PCB design process, PCB release process, baseband circuit design spec, RF circuit design spec, mechanical design process, mechanical data release process, industry design spec, UI spec and etc.
